Rendering correctly continuous services requires a clear structuring of the Processes involved, with a clear definition of responsibilities and performance scope of each person of the Organization regarding the activities of those processes.

Our methodology work is aimed at managing Continuous Services which has maintained a continuous upgrading to survive. This is a group of basic processes established by which continuous Services rendered are controlled (long-term services the customer buys) in the organization of his customers.
Basically, it acts in a comprehensive and consistent manner. We present to the customer a common interface, regardless of who has contacted us, being able of rendering services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This way of working supports our service.
The execution processes are intended to carry out the activities required to render the services. The purpose of the Execution is that the Information Systems, the network systems, and their environment are available to be used by the customer and keep them on line according to the levels of service agreed upon.
