The exploitation systems of xDRs (CDR, XDR, IPDR, etc.: xDetail Record) analyze the traffic among the nodes of the different network elements aiming at the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the characteristics of real traffic, considering concepts such as establishment of connections, interrupted connections, etc., providing information that allows accurately the NCP - Network Capacity Planning.

These xDR exploitation systems complement BSS systems and provide important statistics that later in detail allow the complete correlation of the connections offered in the service of the telecommunications operator.

Our experience allows to combine, in addition to years in this type of solutions, standards and important considerations which not only help develop client's specific requirements but also develop integrations of specialized and AdHoc tools for this task, such as, excellent processing time rates for high volumes of data, convergence of formats, configurable statistics of calculation as well as storage, implementation of working alarms / definition of thresholds, validation of xDR contents.
